Commercial Terms
Foursquare only sells information products to adults who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use PetCancerGuide.com. Foursquare reserves the right to refuse service and cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Pricing: Prices are firm and final. They are expressed in U.S. dollars. All taxes are included in the summary of the order. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, without notice and without any other formality except to incorporate the modifications into the Site, but items ordered are invoiced at the price in effect on the day of the order. We encourage you to print and maintain a copy of your purchase order for your records.
Payment: Payment, expressed in U.S. dollars, shall be made exclusively online through the Site via 1ShoppingCart. We charge your credit card once the order is processed.
Refund/Return Policy: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products purchased through this site, you may request a full refund of the purchase price by contacting us at sales@petcancerguide.com WITHIN 10 CALENDAR DAYS of the original transaction.
